This pot is a beautiful mahagony color with a carved dragon design. "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" is a Chinese phrase that loosly translates into, "things that are hidden below the surface". We interpret this as things within ourselves or others that can suprise us. There is a suprise in both the pot and inside the lid. Perhaps a good cup of tea brewed in this pot will bring out the hidden talents within you, or help you reveal the intent of others. The pot measures about 7.5" from spout to handle, 5" high and holds approximately 15 ounces of fluid. The teapot is handmade in Yixing China and has the artists chop (signature) on the bottom. It comes in a brocade box to protect it during shipping.
